Voting No: Councilmembers LeTourneau and Riley. <br /> 7.03: Consider Adoption of Ordinance #17-20 Providing for a Special Closing Times <br /> License of. On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor during the 2018 National Football League <br /> Super Bowl Game at the U.S. Bank Stadium <br /> City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Ordinance <br /> #17-20 allowing additional hours of liquor sales during the Super Bowl 2018 weekend, with a <br /> fee rate of$100. <br /> Mayor Strommen noted that this item was introduced at the last meeting. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, to waive the City <br /> Charter requirement to read the ordinance aloud and adopt Ordinance #17-20 Providing for a <br /> Special Closing Times License of On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor during the 2018 National Football <br /> League Super Bowl Game at U.S. Bank Stadium. <br /> A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> Councilmember Riley aye <br /> Councilmember Shryock nay <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau aye <br /> Councilmember Johns aye <br /> Councilmember Kuzma aye <br /> Mayor Strommen aye <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> 8.01: Strategic Plan Update <br /> City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report. He provided highlights of accomplishments <br /> that the City has had towards the goals within the Strategic Plan. <br /> Mayor Strommen noted that she and City Administrator Ulrich had the opportunity to present <br /> this information before the Charter Commission the previous week as well. <br /> 8.02: Other <br /> City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br /> 9.
