Bowers Dr. is <br />the longest cul-de-sac in the city and this creates many challenges for the Fire Department. This area is also not served <br />with City water and therefore, there are no fire hydrants in this are area. This requires tankering water in and out and <br />with the long cul-de=sac, that becomes difficult. OUTLOT C would serve as another inlet/outlet for this neighborhood in <br />the future if/when additional development occurs. <br />
