The development of the eastern portion of the <br />parcel will consist of the new construction of a 3-story, 54 unit apartment building with 61 surface <br />parking spaces. The parcel is zoned COR 4c, allowing for a minimum of 15 dwelling units per acre. <br />Parking will be at a ratio of 1.1 to 1 upon completion.
