Regular Planning Commission <br />Meeting Date: 07/06/2017 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />5. 1. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />PUBLIC HEARING: Consider Variance to Cul-de-Sac Length for Riverstone Addition Phase 1; Case of Riverstone <br />Development, LLC (Capstone Homes) <br />Purpose/Background: <br />This case was withdrawn after a Public Hearing Notice was sent. The Developer will now be making a second <br />connection with Phase 1 to eliminate a cul-de-sac condition that exceeds 600 feet in length.
