Approximately 85 percent of Ramsey housing units are <br />owner -occupied, and that percentage has remained largely the same since 1990. That <br />percentage is higher than most of the cities surrounding Ramsey with the lowest <br />percentage of owner -occupied housing of local communities being the City of Anoka <br />at 52 percent. <br />13 <br />
