Planning Commission Update —June 7, <br />2017 <br />City Council Approvals of Multiple Land Use Applications <br />City of <br />RAMSEY <br />On June 13, the City Council granted several approvals to projects previously reviewed by the Planning Commission. <br />• Riverstone Addition Preliminary Plat [Gladhill] <br />o The City Council found the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) acceptable, declared that a full <br />Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was not necessary, and granted Preliminary Plat Approval with <br />multiple contingencies. The approval was consistent with the Planning Commission Recommendation. <br />• StoneBrook Preliminary Plat [Maass/Gladhill] <br />o The City Council granted preliminary approval to StoneBrook Academy. The project will need one more <br />series of approvals before Building Permit Review. The approval was consistent with the Planning <br />Commission Recommendation, including the requirement for additional architectural improvements. <br />• Homestead Road Final Plat [Anderson] <br />o The City Council approved this project, consistent with the Planning Commission recommendation. <br />• Trott Brook Addition Final Plat, CUP/Site Plan [Anderson] <br />o The City Council approved this project, consistent with the Planning Commission Recommendation. <br />• National Self Storage Development Agreement [Anderson] <br />o The City Council approved the Development Agreement for National Self Storage (Regency Commons). <br />The project is expected to start construction soon. <br />• Covenant Meadows [Maass] <br />o The City Council approved this project, consistent with the Planning Commission Recommendation. <br />• Danner's Cabinets [Anderson] <br />July 6 Planning Commission DRAFT Agenda <br />• July 6 Planning Commission <br />o Pearson Place Preliminary Plat [Anderson] <br />o Silver Oaks Second Addition [Henderson] <br />o Greenway Terrace (Aeon) [Maass] <br />o Cole Addition Preliminary Plat [Henderson] <br />o Purmort COR Architecture Appeal [Gladhill] <br />o Bunker Lake Boulevard Industrial Park Sketch Plan [Gladhill] <br />o Oien Home Occupation [Maass] <br />o Sis Variance <br />o Connexus Energy Solar Garden [Anderson] <br />o Review Current Accessory Structure Regulations (based on June 13 City Council Citizen Input) <br />o Receive Progress Report on Comprehensive Plan Update <br />Comprehensive Plan Update <br />On June 12, the City wrapped up 'Phase 1' public engagement, which focused on listening sessions and issue <br />identification. The project will now enter policy development and drafting individual chapters.
