Major Construction Projects <br />• Brookfield <br />• Woodlands <br />• Anderson Dahlen <br />More detailed updates on each of these projects will be uploaded to www.citvoframsev.com/develoomentuodate soon. <br />Brookfield <br />Construction has commenced on Brookfield 8th Addition. Tree Clearing and Grubbing has been completed. Preliminary <br />Grading is expected to commence in the next several weeks. The City allowed some preliminary site work to be <br />completed in advance of the full construction approval. Final approvals and Pre -Construction Meetings will occur soon. <br />Riverstone Addition <br />The City Council is expected to consider approval of the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) and Preliminary <br />Plat for Riverstone Addition on June 13. The City Council provided direction on Park Dedication and Trail Development <br />Fee Credit on June 6. Final Plat Approval consideration is expected in July, with preliminary construction beginning in <br />August. <br />Woodlands <br />City Council has given final approval to Woodlands 4th Addition.
