ORDINANCE #17-09 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 117-90 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 117 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described properties or portions thereof, are hereby rezoned from R-1 <br />Residential (Rural Developing) to R-1 Residential (MUSA). <br />That part of the north half of the Northeast Quarter lying easterly of the east right of way <br />line of Trunk Highway No. 47 described as follows; Commencing at the intersection <br />with the north line of said Northeast Quarter and the center line of Trunk Highway No. <br />47 thence south 3 degrees 05 minutes east 540.55 feet thence south 01 degrees 52 minutes <br />east along said center line 602.85 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described <br />thence continue along said center line on a tangent curve to the left whose radius is <br />1038.81 feet 93.85 feet, thence south 85 degrees 12 minutes 47 seconds east 273.55 feet, <br />thence south 20 degrees 12 minutes 47 seconds east to the intersection with the south line <br />of the north half of the Northeast Quarter, thence east along said south line to the <br />intersection with the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4 Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd <br />Addition thence north along the west line of said Lot 1, Block 4 360.10 feet thence north <br />85 degrees 38 minutes 25 seconds west 894.39 feet to the center line of said Trunk <br />Highway No. 47 thence south along said center line to the point of beginning except the <br />following described tract: Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4 <br />Barthel' s Rum River Acres 2nd Addition thence north along the west line of said Lot <br />157.48 feet, thence north 85 degrees 38 minutes 25 seconds west 200 feet thence south 0 <br />degrees 19 minutes west to south line of said north half, thence easterly along said south <br />line to point of beginning, all in Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, except road, subject to easement of record. <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning <br />Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 117-90 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />SECTION 3.
