The literal interpretation of the City's current definition has resulted in an application in conflict with <br />the expected outcomes. <br />Policy: <br />It is the policy of the City of Ramsey that the definition of a Front Yard on cul-de-sac lots shall be defined as that area of <br />the lot in front of the home at the depth to the front of the home and will follow the curvature of the cul-de-sac bubble, <br />following the curvature of the front lot line. <br />It is our mission to work together to responsibly grow our community, and to provide quality, cost-effective and efficient government services. <br />
