Regular Planning Commission <br />Meeting Date: 12/07/2017 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Review Background and Demographic Data for the Comprehensive Plan Update <br />7. 2. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to review background data proposed to be included in the Comprehensive Plan to <br />support the policies proposed within the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Please see the attached document for more specifics. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the Committee provide feedback and recommendations on the draft Background Report. <br />General consensus of the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee was to move forward with this Chapter. <br />Requested revisions from this group have been incorporated. Staff is working on a request from the Committee to <br />summarize much of this data into neighborhood level summaries.
