Regular Planning Commission <br />Meeting Date: 12/07/2017 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />7. 3. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Review Draft Land Use Chapter of Comprehensive Plan <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to review a draft of the Land Use Chapter of the Comprehensive Plan and make a <br />recommendation to the City Council. This Chapter will be an iterative review process as subsequent chapters are <br />completed. This will not be the last time the Committee will review this chapter. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Please see the attached document for specifics. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the Committee provide input on this draft and make recommendations to the City Council. <br />General consensus of the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee was to move this Chapter forward.
