Ramsey desires to retain the Emerging <br />Suburban Edge designation for areas within the MUSA. For areas outside the MUSA, Ramsey requests a <br />designation of Diversified Rural. <br />Diversified Rural communities are home to a variety of farm and non -farm land uses including very large -lot <br />residential, clustered housing, hobby farms and agricultural uses.
