Ramsey will evolve through citizen -driven, collaborative processes that respect the balance and connectivity <br />between its unique urban, rural, and natural environment for current and future generations. <br />Rural Character <br />The #1 key theme raised by Ramsey Residents in preparation of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan was the need <br />to plan for protection of existing rural areas and expansion of future rural character.
