At the time we bought this property, we purchased 2 acres, so building the <br />outbuilding at that time would not be a problem. We purchased with the intent to build <br />the outbuilding. <br />A few years ago, the City took some of our land and used it for a city easement. <br />Because of this, we now need a variance to build our outbuilding as planned. <br />We are now requesting a variance to build. <br />Thank you Francis and Lorri Kaas <br />
