ORDINANCE #17-14 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 117-122 (PUBLIC/QUASI-PUBLIC DISTRICT) OF THE <br />RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2 AMENDMENTS <br />Section 117-122 — Public/Quasi-Public District is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 117-122 — Public/Quasi-Public District. <br />(a) Intent. The intent of the Public/Quasi-Public District is to provide for and regulate uses that are public <br />or semi-public in nature and to provide the community with area designated specifically for open <br />spaces, community gathering places, public and private recreational spaces, educational facilities, <br />and government buildings. <br />(b) Permitted uses. <br />(1) <br />(2) <br />(3) <br />(4) <br />(5) <br />(6) <br />Government buildings and facilities. <br />Public recreational facilities. <br />Private recreational facilities including golf courses. <br />Schools, public and private. <br />Private utility substations. <br />Municipal utility substations. <br />(c) Conditional uses. <br />1. Solar Energy Systems as a principal use <br />(d) Site plan required. Any construction of buildings in the Public/Quasi-Public District will be subject to <br />the site plan review process, as outlined in section 117-54. <br />Page 1 <br />
