That the Subiect Property is zoned H-1 Highway 10 Business District. Properties <br />to the east and west of the Subiect Property are also zoned H-1 Highway 10 <br />Business District. south of Highway 10 the properties are zoned MU-PUD (Mixed <br />Use Planned Unit Development) and consist of a mixture of residential townhome <br />units and commercial businesses: north of the railroad tracks the properties are <br />zoned E-2 Employment District. <br />5.
