This site is within 1 mile of the <br />Mississippi River and stricter requirements apply. <br />6. Grading Note 10. The as-builts shall be submitted in paper and AUTOCAD format. <br />7. Landscaping will require placement of premium topsoil as specified in City Code. <br />C200 Utility Plan: <br />1. Infiltration is not permitted on this site. Remove detail 2/C200. <br />2. Additional sheets will be required: Detail sheet, SWPPP sheets (must conform to the <br />Construction Stormwater Permit requirements including listing the designers training <br />information and erosion control material type and quantity to be used on the project. <br />Stormwater Summary: <br />1. This site is in the COR which has regional ponds for rate control and water quality <br />improvement. The site is also in a municipal well head protection area so infiltration is not <br />permitted. The site will have to pay into the City infiltration mitigation fund. The engineer <br />must prepare an estimate for the cost of constructing an infiltration basin sized for the site. <br />The estimate is submitted to the City for review. The City will then recommend accepting <br />the estimate or provide comments on needed revisions. The agreed amount will be included <br />in the Development Agreement. <br />
