Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # 17-08-193 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF JASPAR BUSINESS <br />PARK <br />WHEREAS, Sharp & Associates, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied <br />for Preliminary Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Bury Carlson Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on May 4, 2017 and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a preliminary plat application for Jaspar Business Park <br />from Sharp & Associates, LLC on July 6, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) considered the proposed landscape <br />plan pertaining to the preliminary plat on July 17, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 3, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat of Jaspar Business Park on August <br />22, 2017. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval of Jaspar Business Park in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with the Staff Review Letter dated July 27, 2017. <br />b) Approval by the City Engineer. <br />c) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
