Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-08-194 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR JASPAR BUSINESS PARK <br />WHEREAS, Sharp & Associates, LLC hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied for site plan approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Bury Carlson Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on May 4, 2017 and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a preliminary plat application for Jaspar <br />Business Park from Sharp & Associates, LLC on July 6, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) considered the proposed <br />landscape plan pertaining to the site plan on July 17, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 3, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat of Jaspar Business Park; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 3, 2017, the Planning Commission reviewed the Site Plan, and <br />recommended that the City Council approve said Site Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 22, 2017, the City Council considered approval of the Site Plan <br />for Jaspar Business Park. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey does approve the Site Plan for Jaspar Business Park, <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated July 27, 2017, approval by <br />the City Engineer, and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />22nd day of August, 2017. <br />
