Principal Planner Trudgeon presented an update of the Town <br />Center case brought to Council on 1/14/03. At this meeting the City Council approved <br />a concept plan for the Town Center project and authorized an Alternative Urban <br />Areawide Review (AUAR); this action starts the clock on the environmental review <br />process. Principal Planner Trudgeon said the map will be brought back to Council for <br />revision to include the land between Highway 10 and the railroad tracks in the <br />review. <br /> <br />Steve Sis asked whether a railroad crossing underpass is cun'ently on the table. <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon said not in the short tenn. There was a discussion of <br />various auto and pedestrian crossing options on Highway 10. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon said the Task Force would meet jointly with the City <br />Council on 2/4/03, and Ramsey Town Center LLC representatives would meet with <br />thc City Council on 1/18/03. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Ra msey Town Center, LLC Update. Tim Engen presented an update of Ramsey <br />Town Center LLC's progress to date and invited input from the Task Force on the <br />project. Engen said a significant amount of work has already been done, and the <br /> <br /> <br />
