Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-016 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SKETCH PLAN FOR AFFINITY AT RAMSEY AND <br />DIRECTING DEVELOPER TO PROCEED WITH PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />WHEREAS, the Inland Group ("Developer") properly applied for Sketch Plan Review <br />on December 4, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer requests confirmation that the general site layout is <br />appropriate for final design. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Sketch Plan for Affinity at Ramsey <br />and directs the Developer to proceed with final design, contingent upon the following: <br />a. The Preliminary Plat must be designed according to City Code requirements for <br />Preliminary Plat design per City Code Chapter 117 Article It <br />b. The Preliminary Plat must be consistent with the public infrastructure plans <br />prepared by Bolton and Menk on behalf of the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 9th day of January, 2018. <br />Mayor <br />
