CASg t~l 1: <br /> <br /> REPORT FROH TItE RAKE TIlE SCENE~ <br />KEEP RAMSEY CLEAN COMMITTEE <br />By: Jim Gromberg~ Project ~tanager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Make the Scene, Keep Ramsey Clean Committee has set its goals for the <br />beautification of Ramsey. The committee has selected the first Monday of every <br />month as its meeting day for the full committee. The committee would like to <br />encourage Council members to attend if they are able to provide additional <br />input. The committee is requesting funding to send one member to the National <br />Convention in Washington, D.C. December 7 - 10, 1988. The cost for travel, <br />lodging, and registration would be $1,054.00. The convention will include <br />presentations from current programs, how to apply for grants, and ways to <br />evaluate current programs. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a flow chart showing the goals of each <br />subcommittee. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Committee has recommended that Jim Gromberg, Project Manager, be sent to <br />the National Convention representing the Make the Scene, Keep Ramsey Clean <br />Committee. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Pro3ect Manager <br /> <br /> <br />
