Rodeo Hills <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Zimme?man: <br /> <br />~9e have reviewed the proposed minor subdivision consisting of the <br />above referenced outlots. These outlots were determined to be <br />unbuildable due to unsuitable soils for on-site wastewater disposal <br />systems. <br /> <br />Each of the two lots would be approximately .85 acres in size and <br />thus, would be substandard lots in the rural area under the current <br />ordinance.
