Councilmember <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~87- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Mel Boser, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" <br />has applied for plat approval of the minor subdivision of the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the above described property is to be known as <br />Ramsey Ridge, hereinafter referred to as "Plat"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission have <br />reviewed the proposed plat pursuant to Chapter 170.0317 of the Ramsey <br />City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAM~SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That final approval of Ramsey Ridge is granted contingent <br />upon: <br /> <br />Mr. Boser providing proof of marketable title for the <br />property to the City; and <br /> <br />Mr. Boser entering into a development agreement with the <br />City. <br /> <br />Mr. Boser providing a 66 foot wide easement between Lots <br />1 and 2 and a 66 foot wide easement start~ ~ <br /> ~n~ at the <br />center of the lot line dividing Lots 1 and 2 and <br />extending north to the plat boundary. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Counci!~e~er and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the fol!owin~ voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the fc!!owing were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
