CITY OF PJ[MSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> MEL BOSER <br /> RAMSEY RIDGE <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , 1988 <br />between the city of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Mr. <br />Mel Boser hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", in conjunction with <br />plat approval of Ramsey Ridge. <br /> <br />The plat of Ramsey Ridge is hereby granted approval contingent upon <br />the Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Access to Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 shall be from a common access <br />from Variolite Street N.W. until such time as a street is constructed <br />between Lots 1 and 2. At that time, access shall be changed to the <br />new street. <br /> <br /> 2. The developer provides the City with 66 feet wide easements <br />between Lots 1 and 2 and across Lot 1 from the center of the south lot <br />line to the north plat boundary. <br /> <br /> 3. The developer shall pay to the City park fees in the amount <br />of 10% of the land value or . <br /> <br /> 4. This development agreement shall be recorded as part of the <br />Applicant's deed. <br /> <br /> 5.
