SECTION . VIOLATION AND PENALTY. <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. It is unlawful for any licensed collector to collect <br />recyclable materials and fail to deliver or transfer the materials to <br />bonafide processors or their agents for reprocessing into recycled <br />products. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Any licensed collector found in violation of <br />Section __, subd. 3 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for each <br />occurrence and upon conviction shall be punished as provided for by <br />city Ordinance Section . <br /> <br />SECTION . ENFORCEMENT. It is the duty of the Code Enforcement <br />officer to enforce the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION SEVERABILITY. It is hereby declared to be the <br />intention of the City that the several provisions of this ordinance <br />are severable in accordance with the following: <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. If any court of competent jurisdiction shall adjudge <br />any provision of this ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not <br />affect any other provision of this ordinance not specifically included <br />in said judgment. <br /> <br />SECTION . PROVISIONS ARE ACCUMULATIVE. The. provisions of ~ ~h_s ~ <br />Ordinance are 'accumulative to all other laws, ordinances and <br />regulations heretofore passed, or which may be passed hereafter, <br />covering any subject matter in this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION . EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance becomes effective <br />upon its passage and publication according to law.
