A copy of the bid tab is <br />attached. <br /> <br />The low bidder is E.H. Renner & Sons, Inc. at $7,267.50. <br /> <br />The Engineer's estimate was $7,~00.00. The low bid is approxi- <br />mately 3.8% over the Engineer's estimate. <br /> <br />Our recommendation is to award the contract in the amount of <br />$7,267.50 to E.H.
