AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following described property is hereby rezoned from I-1 Industrial <br />to B-I Business: <br /> <br />Parcel A- The east 195 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, HY-10 Ramsey, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Parcel B - That part of Lot 3, Block 1, HY-10 Ramsey, according <br />to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying west <br />of the east 190 feet thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be <br />shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted <br />pursuant to Section 170.014 of Chapter 170.01 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
