Councilmember <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR KILLMER ELECTRIC (PROJECT <br />~8~-28 CENTRAL PARK HOCKEY RINK AND TEMPORARY WARMING HOUSE ELECTRICAL <br />LIGHTING) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project on November 10, 1987; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsay adopted <br />Resolution ~87-85 awarding the bid to Killmer Electric for the <br />electrical work and Central Park hockey rinks and temporary warming <br />house; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, city Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Killmer Electric in the <br />amount of $1,111.80. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the city Council hereby authorizes partial payment to <br />Killmer Electric for the electrical work at Central Park Hockey Rinks <br />and Temporary Warming House in the amount of $1,111.80. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release for this final payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included <br />in Resolution ~88- approving payment of bills for the month of <br />October, 1988 <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsay Finance Department be provided a <br />si~ned copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />~hereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsay City Council this the 25th day of October, 1988. <br /> <br /> <br />
