KELLIE ANN WALKER <br /> By: A~timg Zoning A~mini6trator Merland Otto <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On April 23, 1987, Ms. Walker approached the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />with a request for a metes and bounds subdivision of her property located <br />north of 164th Avenue N.W., west of Jaspar Street N.W. Ms. Walker <br />requested a subdivision to reconfigure a 3 acre and a 7.93 acre parcel into <br />a 2 acre and a 9 acre parcel.
