10 Minutes Case ~8: <br />REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW CASE OF HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES, INC. <br /> <br /> By: Acting Zoning Administrator Merland Otto <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Holiday Stationstores, Inc. is requesting site plan approval of their <br />proposed facility at the intersection of Hwy. ~10 and Cty. Rd. ~56. <br />The lot is approximately 1.8 acres in size and zoned B-1 Business. <br />The Holiday Stationstore will be approximately 4,000 square feet in <br />size. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br /> a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Site plan <br />d) Letter from Anoka County dated September 26, 1988 <br />e) City Engineer's report dated September 30, 1988 <br />f) Proposed development agreement. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the site plan on October <br />and recommended approval of it and the proposed development agreement <br />contingent upon the Hwy. 010 access being a right-turn-in only and the <br />City Engineer's review of sto~m water drainage calculations. <br /> <br />The city Council reviewed the site plan and tabled action until <br />I,[n/DOT's review had been received and sto_--m water drainage concerns <br />had been addressed. <br /> <br />city = ~ = ~ ~ <br /> _ng_n_e_, Pete Raatikka, has discussea the H%5~ !0 access <br />]'.in/DOT.
