CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that he did not have problem with waiving the fee for the Riverdale <br />Assembly of God permit, but inquired if they should be notifying the City as to when they will <br />be soliciting within the City. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak inquired if the permit was for door-to-door sales. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman replied that he was not sure. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that the Council needs to be consistent with waiving fees. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that the Council typically waives fees for community events. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson stated that she did not know that groups such as the Boy Scouts have <br />ever applied for a license for door-to-door sales, but they do regularly waive the fees for the <br />Lions events. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec recommended that they table action on the Assembly of God License. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to approve the <br />following items on the Consent Agenda, with the exception of the license for Riverdale <br />Assembly of God. <br /> <br />1) Receive Ramsey Police Department Monthly Report for April 2002 <br />2) Approve the following License Applications <br />HVAC <br />South Mechanical Contractors, 21005 Langford Avenue, Jordan, MN 55352 <br />Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning, 6248 Lakeland Avenue N, Brooklyn Park, MN <br />All Heating & Air Conditioning, 3526-1741h Avenue NW, Andover, MN 55304 <br />Knight Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., 8981 Darlington Avenue NE, Monticello, MN <br />Peddler/Solicitor <br />Item was removed from the consent agenda <br />3) Approve the following City Council and Council Committee Meeting Minutes <br />a) Personnel Committee/Regular/April 23, 2002 <br />b) City Council/Regular/April 23, 2002 <br />c) City Council/Work Session/May 6, 2002 <br />4) Adopt Resolution #02-05-122 Approving Cash Disbursements Made and Authorizing <br />Payment of Accounts Payable Invoicing Received during the Period of May 4, 2002 through <br />May 17,2002 <br />5) Adopt Resolution #02-05-123 Approving 1 st Partial Payment to Richard Knutson, Inc. for <br />Improvement Project #01-32 (Azurite Street NW) <br /> <br />City CounciVMay 28, 2002 <br />Page 3 of 25 <br />
