ORDINANCE #04-46 C~TY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY. The following fees and service charges are hereby established for the year 2005. SECTION 1. AUTHORllX This ordinance is adopted purmant to and under the authority of the charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. P_UJ~POSE Per S701 JO(Fees) the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Permit Fees, Service Charges and Other Fees that will be collected I)y the City in year 2005. This is known as the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. SECTION 3. SCHEDULE The following permit fees and service charges are hereby established for the year 2005. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section .5.04.
