CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY: OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 14, 2004, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number I, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Councilmember Todd Cook <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Public Works Director Dean Kapler <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALl. TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Zimmerman called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:04 <br />p.m. and called upon Councilmember Kurak to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich presented Couneilmembers Zimmerman and Kurak with a plaque and <br />commended them for their service on the City Council. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Lowell Vasseur, 8106 Alpine Drive, inquired about the status of the snowmobiling issue he <br />brought before the Council at the last meeting. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman indicated this issue will be added to a future Council work session <br />agenda, likely in January.
