REQUEST FOR BIDS CITY OF RAMSEY Portable Oflice Building The City of Ramsey, Minnesota will a~ cept sealed bids until April 14, 2005 at I0:00 a.m. for fl~' purchase of a portable modular office structure to be located at Ihe Public Works campus. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Ramsey City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Blvd NW, Ramsey Minnesota 55303. All bids must meet file mJoimunl requirements of [t~e specifications. Failure to comply witi~ this section can result in disqualification ol the bid. A copy of tt~e bid specifica- d~ms may be obtained at Ramsey City Hall or you may have a copy mailed or laxed to you by calling the Public Works Secretary at 763-43%9820. Each bid shall be arcompanied by a Ce~tifiecl Check, Cashier's Check, Cash, or Bid Bond and made payable without con- ditions to the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, in dn amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, wbicb check, cash, or bond shall be forfeited if bidder neglects or refuses to enter into contract, after the bid bas been accepted.
