In the event the Developer is' able to install the improvements on <br />Exhibit B pages 5-11, for less than $4,219,144, then the developer shall pay the difference <br />between the $4,219,144 and the actual cost to the City.' <br /> <br />The consensus of the Council was to authorize the City Attorney to amend the Ramsey Town <br />Center Park and Trail A~eement has described above. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1) December Council Work Session <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated he would like to invite the Councilmembers elect to the work <br />sessions beginning in December. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec requested there be no additional Council meetings scheduled for December other <br />than the work session on the 7*~ and the regular meeting on the 14t~'. <br /> <br />2) Mayor's Announcements <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec indicated the City has received a request for $300 for families of Youth First to <br />attend the play at the Lyric's Art Theater on November 18th. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councihnember Kurak, to expend $300 from the Council <br />Contingency Fund for familie~ of Youth First to attend the play at Lyric's Art Theater on <br />November 18, 2004. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> Gamec announced the following: <br /> The Chr/stmas gathering will be on December 3rd, and invitations will go out later. <br />· He has been in touch with representatives of the Amoco station on 142"d Avenue. He has <br /> asked Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon to look into funding and <br /> possibilities to purchase the property. The City has received a lot of complaints about the <br /> property. <br />· He would request the Councilmembers tO forward to him any comments in regards to <br /> desired changes in meetings or procedures for next year. <br /> <br />3) Discussion of Ordinance for Sewer and Water Hook Up <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig requested a work session to discuss the ordinance that speaks to <br />mandatory hook up for sewer and water. He indicated he has received many calls on this subject <br />due to the new feasibility study for sewer and water.
