Mayor Gamec noted the CitY jUst put a new ordinance into effect, and they goJ by the state <br />ordinance on snowmobiling. He would like people to have respect for other people's property. <br />The Council will be reviewing this ordinance. <br /> <br />John Zobava, 6840 156"~ Avenue NW, stated he has a few.complaints. One thing he is upset with <br />is a paper he received in the mail from the Ramsey Alliance Committee that finds so much fault <br />with candidate Zaetsch. They said Mr. Zaetsch does not own a home in Ramsey and does not <br />pay property taxes. He questioned if Mr. Zaetsch cannot run for Council if he is renting. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec indicated Mr. Zobava either needs to contact the committee that distributed-the <br />letter or the Attorney General's office with his concerns. The Council has no control over what <br />someone else puts out, and it was not part of anyone's-campaign. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember ElVig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: ' Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Cook, iKurak, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman.
