Shade Tree Cottages <br />Sketch Plan Review -.. <br />December 30, 2004 <br /> <br />Meadows needs to occur in order to provide the most efficient Potassium Street connection 'to <br />Radium Street to the north. Per our meeting on December 20, 2004, it is staff's understanding <br />that the sketch plan will be revised to provide a more linear street connection of Potassium to <br />Radium Street. The revisions may result-in additional detached town house units, and staff is <br />supportive of this change. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The sketch plan will be forwarded to the Park and Recreation Commission at <br />their January meeting. The City has the option for land, cash or a combination thereof. It is <br />expected that a formal Park Dedication recommendation will occur once the preliminary plat is <br />submitted. Any cash park dedication fees will be required to be paid to the City prior to the <br />release of the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />Trail Fee: The plat will be subject to Trail Fees and they must be paid prior to release of the final <br />plat for recording. ". <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: A stormwater management fee must be paid' for the new lots <br />being created. The rate in effect at the time of final plat approval must be paid prior to the City's <br />release of the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 6, 2004, at <br />the Ramsey Fire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for <br />sketch plan approval.
