You have submitted a request for feasibility study to determine the feasibility of providing municipal sewer and water' to the subject property; this request is under consideration bY the City Council, and must be approved prior to the approval of this plat.. Park Dedication: The sketch plan will be forwarded to the Park and Recreation Commission for a recommendation on park dedication. The City has the option for land, cash or a combination thereof.
