Maintenance of the completed signal systems at the intersections of Bunker Lake Boulevard (C.R. 116) at <br />Armstrong Boulevard (CSAH 83) and Bunker Lake Boulevard at Sunfish Lake Boulevard shall be the <br />sole obligation of the County except that the city shall provide the electrical power at these locations. The <br />exception being that the City shall reimburse the County for maintaining the luminaries and EVP. <br /> <br />This Agreement contemplates the installation of several unwarranted signal systems. These traffic signals <br /> <br />are located at the intersection of Armstrong Boulevard and Sunwood Drive., ^~,.~,.~~''*''~ r~,,~,~,~ ..... ,~,.~ ami <br /> <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard, Bunker Lake Boulevard and Town Center Drive, Bunker Lake Boulevard and <br />Ramsey Boulevard, Ramsey Boulevard and Sunwood Drive, Bun!cot Lake Bc, u!cYard and Sunfish <br />Boulevard and the possibility for a signal system exists at the intersection of Sunwood Drive and Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard. None of these signal systems are currently warranted under the standard warranting <br />procedure. Consequently, the cost of maintenance of these traffic signals falls entirely to the City of <br />Ramsey and the City will be billed on a quarterly basis for the maintenance of said signal systems by the <br />County, in accordance with the following: <br /> <br />Maintenance of the completed signals and signal equipment shall be performed by the County at the sole <br />obligation of the City. <br /> <br />The County shall perform and maintain the traffic signal controller, traffic signal and pedestrian <br />indications, loop detectors and associated wiring of the said traffic control signals and bill the costs to the <br />City on a quarterly basis for all costs incurred. <br /> <br />Painting of the tTaffic signals, if standard colors are used, shall be the sole obligation of the City. <br /> <br />Timing of the eat'tic signals shall be determined by the County. <br /> <br />Only the County shall have access to the controller cabinets. <br /> <br />The traffic control signals shall be the property of the County. <br /> <br />The City shall be responsible for maintenance of the luminaries, luminms, relamping, and luminary <br />painting. <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br /> <br />
