Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-11-339 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTON AUTHORZING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR <br />THE PHASE 2 ROADS IN RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the master development agreement for Ramsey Town Center was signed on <br />September 17, 2003 and this agreement outlines the procedure and milestones for requesting <br />implementation of certain city installed improvements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer has submitted a petition dated October 24, 2004, requesting <br />construction of certain improvements described as follows: Construction of Zeolite Street <br />between Sunwood Drive and Civic Center Drive, Construction of Civic Center Drive between <br />Zeolite Street and Saphire Street and Construction of Sapphire Street Between Sunwood Drive <br />and Civic Center Drive, hereafter referred to as Phase 2 Improvements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer has submitted a petition dated October 24, 2004, requesting <br />construction of Phase 2 Improvements, said petition agreeing to assess certain properties for 20% <br />of the cost of the improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The City Administrator is directed to Order Preparation of a Feasibility Study for this project <br /> from Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />2) The compensation for this Feasibility Study will not exceed $3000.00 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-011-339 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
