Commissioner Brauer thanked staff for a job well done for the graphs and charts included in the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />Chairperson Bauer recommended the old Diamond Sports bar be included in The COR. He <br />believed this would be a valuable site to redevelop given its close proximity to Highway 10. <br />Commissioner Brauer suggested the City' s commitment to high speed internet be discussed within <br />the Comprehensive Plan and commented on the special backbone the City already had in place <br />along the railroad. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill thanked the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee <br />for their assistance with the plan and reviewed the approval process for the coming months. <br />Commissioner Nosan stated she was very pleased by the turnout and feedback being received at <br />the public forums held for the Comprehensive Plan. <br />8. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners VanScoy, Anderson, Brauer, <br />Gengler, and Nosan. Voting No: None.
