Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #18-032 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR AFFINITY AT RAMSEY WHEREAS, Affinity at Ramsey, LLC hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot Q, Part of Outlot R and West Town Center Drive, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property) WHEREAS, on December 19, 2017, the City received an application and plans from Affinity at Ramsey, LLC for Preliminary Plat Review for Affinity at Ramsey; and WHEREAS, on November 2, the Planning Commission reviewed a concept plan of the proposed development; and WHEREAS, on December 12, 2017, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the proposed site plan as a sketch plan; and WHEREAS, on January 4, 2018, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed site plan as a sketch plan; and WHEREAS, on January 9, 2018, the City Council adopted Resolution #18-016 approving the sketch plan; WHEREAS, on February 1, 2018, the Planning Commission reviewed the Preliminary Plat for Affinity at Ramsey; and WHEREAS, on February 27, 2018, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat for Affinity at Ramsey; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City Council of the City of Ramsey does approve the Preliminary Plat for Affinity at Ramsey, contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated January 25, 2018, approval by the City Engineer, and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
