CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2002, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number II, 15050 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />City Engineer Brian Olson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon <br />Police Chief Dave Gustafson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Kurak to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Presentation: Thank You to Happy Days Committee <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec thanked the Happy Days Committee members for their work on putting together a <br />successful Happy Days event. He presented each member with a certificate of appreciation for <br />their hard work. He also recognized the local businesses that assisted with the event. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Greg Rabowski, 15771 Krypton Court NW, Ramsey, stated that he had talked to the Park <br />Supervisor and the City Engineer regarding the proposed bike path behind his property along <br />T.H. #47. Originally it was discussed that the bike path would be located further towards T.H. <br />#47 and now he is finding out that the bike path will be placed on top of the berm.
