Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #10: Report from Personnel Committee <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee met on September 24, 2002, to discuss the following cases: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Ratify Hiring of Human Resources Manager ~)q <br />The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #02-J,~ <br />252 authorizing the hiring of Patrick Leadens for the position of full-time Human <br />Resource Manager at a starting wage of $61,049, plus benefits and three weeks vacation, <br />contingent upon successful completion of background checks, employment physical, and <br />drug/alcohol screen. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to ratify the <br />recommendations of the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Kurak, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmennan.
