However, the. City Council has adopted a policy requiring notification of a proposed subdivision be sent out-to residents within 350 feet of the subiecz property, during sketch plan submittal. Staff attempted to notify property. owners within 700 feet of the subject property. Observations: Oakwood Land Development ts proposing to re-plat 5 lots created-ss part of the Alpine Woods subdivision mid 7 single-family lots, as a part of Alpine Woods 2~ Addition. A home that vzas originally slated to remain after the. development of Alpine Woods will now be removed, thus allowing for the creation of 2 additional [ors. All the proposed lots meet urban single-family standards tbr lo~z width, size, and frontage on a public road. The proposed boundau, of Alpine Woods 2nd Addition does not include any wetlands. ,4. tree preservation ptah was prepared for AlPine Woods; Staff will be reviewing this plan to-ensure no cllanges are required [n conjunction with Alpd. ne Woods 2~ Addition.
