The following is the estimate of the costs associated with the concept plan: <br /> <br />1. Grading <$80,000 <br />2. Electric Service $10,500 <br />3. Well, pump and Controls $73,000 <br />4. 20 Acres irrigation, Controls and enclosures $60,000 <br />5. Class V $85,000 <br />6. Concrete Curb and Gutter $170,000 <br />7. Bituminous Park Drive, Access to T.H. 47 and Parking Lots $85,000 <br />8. 8" Bituminous Trails $69,000 <br /> <br />Total "First Phase" <br /> <br />$635,500 <br /> <br />The categories above are generalized for ease of discussion. Obviously, they are <br />comprised of many individual details -which can be bid upon by competitive quotations. <br />Quotes can be less costly than advertising for bids and most importantly in this case, <br />shortens the timeline for completing the work.
