Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />This case was initially presented to the Charter CommiSsion during their July 18, 2002, meeting. <br />Following discussion, the Charter Commission voted to table action and schedule a joint meeting <br />with the City CounCil for 7:00 p.m.~ Thursday, August 15, to discuss the issue.
