Goodrich, City Attorney Background: This case was initially presented to the Charter CommiSsion during their July 18, 2002, meeting. Following discussion, the Charter Commission voted to table action and schedule a joint meeting with the City CounCil for 7:00 p.m.~ Thursday, August 15, to discuss the issue. Staff was directed to advertise for public input. ~ Staff advertised the joint, meeting in the Anoka Union, on Cable TV, on the City's webske and' on the City's community sign, plus posted the meeting on the front door of City Hail.
