We have broken down the work into specific areas and have also <br />grouped items as discussed. We would be happy to provide further detail and additional pricing for work <br />beyond the outlined scope, if required. <br />INITIAL CONCEPTS <br />• Project establishment - based on briefing meeting <br />• Develop format for presentation of information (city-wide and site specific elements) <br />• Develop bases and concept layouts for up to five scenarios (hand sketches) including two site <br />specific concepts for the specified sites below and three typical scenarios (S-M-L): <br />o Northwest of Bunker Lake Boulevard and Highway 47, which used to have a City of <br />Ramsey sign in the corner, which was removed after an accident with a car and was <br />never replaced. The City is seeking a conceptual design showing street lighting with <br />banners as well as landscaping and signage. <br />0 167th Avenue NW between Quicksilver Street NW and Hwy 47, the City is seeking a <br />conceptual design showing street lighting with banners as well as landscaping, <br />addressing frontages and potential re -arrangement of the existing boulevard. <br />The three typical scenarios will consider and show the location of landscape plantings, street <br />lighting, lighting, community sign (whether it is small, medium, or large) and banner poles.
