1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the request for a land use designation change as <br />follows. <br />Land Use Category <br />Pre -Amendment Acres <br />Post -Amendment Acres <br />Low Density Residential <br />34.16 acres <br />0.0 acres <br />Public/Quasi-Public <br />0.0 acres <br />34.16 acres <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary documentation <br />to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2030 Comprehensive Plan to change the land use <br />designation to Public/Quasi Public. <br />3) That this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City's receipt of notification <br />of approval from Metropolitan Council. <br />4) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey does approve the Site Plan for Ramsey Elementary <br />Campus 2, contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review, approval by the City Engineer, <br />and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />27th day of February, 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #18-004 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
